Delivery takes up to 3 days for standard delivery or for expedited delivery you should receive your order within 1 day

Standard orders over £50 are free, orders under £50 are £3.50

First of all, we are very sorry that your item has arrived faulty/damaged. Please ensure you always inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund.

We cannot currently offer exchanges by post. To exchange an item please return the item using our normal returns process, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
